About Us (I)

      In 2020, with the same goal towards health and wellbeing, the 3Cs officially grouped up and started the “Cook with 3C”. In the team, we have Jason He, the herbal and Chinese cuisine head chef; Jennifer Gao, BC’s Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine; and Amy Yiu, Canada’s Registered Dietitian. Each and every “Chef” in the team has over 20 years of working experience in their area of expertise. 
   Dr. Jennifer Gao and Dietitian Amy Yiu have known each other for years. In the past 10 years, together they have held seminars, written articles and worked together to help their patients. In 2020, they see the opportunity, and wish to deliver their professional knowledge and years of experience to the general public in a formal manner. Their goal is to raise the public’s awareness and knowledge of health preservation, dietary and nutritional health. With great honor, Dr. Jennifer and Dietitian Amy are able to invite Chef Jason He to join the team and bring the health and delicious dishes to the table.

   In our class series, “Cook with 3C”, we will guide you thorugh the path of health preservation and building your healthy body constitution from three different prespectives: The wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, delicious and healthy chinese cuisine, and the knowledge of western dietary nutrition.
